 #Whynotmepets Happy Tails
Since the start of the #Whynotmepets campaign in April of 2015, we have featured over 144 pets from Washington state shelters and rescues.  ​After 355 days homeless, Ariana found her purrfect furever home! She now has a place where she can greet her human family everyday with hugs and kisses. Thank you to our friends at Motley Zoo for taking such good care of this sweetheart!

After 116 days

Dempsey was homeless for 176 days.  We are excited that he found his forever home 19 days after his "Why Not Me?" debut! Dempsey is a very shy guy who finally found a human who understands him.

Dottie was homeless for four months and a Why Not Me? Pet for only three days when someone saw her story and scooped her up!

​She can now live our her golden years being pampered and loved on, with lots of room to jump and play. Thank you to the Everett Animal Shelter for taking such good care of her!

Who could resist that face? Fiona was homeless for 420 days, but found her home as a Why Not Me? Pet! She was well taken care of by our friends at Emerald City Pet Rescue during that time but we are so happy she found a place to call her own!

Gyro

14 year-old Gyro finally found his forever home after being homeless for 247 days, but found a home as a  "Why Not Me? pet". Gyro was adopted by a volunteer's son who is an artist and now goes to work with him every day. They are best buddies, and Gyro loves being an artist's muse!

We are thrilled to announce that after 152 days at Skagit Valley Humane Society and 25 days as a "Why Not Me? pet", Hampton was adopted into a loving home after his debut at Pawsitive Futures in March 2015!  All of us at Pawsitive Alliance and The Dugan Foundation are so happy for mighty Hampton and his new family!
