Who we are: A volunteer-driven organization that works with rescue groups and shelter organizations, individuals, and businesses throughout Washington State who want to help vulnerable cats and dogs; we do not take in animals but through our programs we fill gaps in services, make connections, and start programs to help more cats and dogs thrive.
