Our Adoption Program is designed to help the thousands of cats and dogs in Washington State who are homeless and waiting for their chance at a forever home. We focus on helping animal adoption agencies in Washington find homes for dogs and cats in their care by increasing adoption opportunities through organizing adoption events and hosting our #WhyNotMePets campaign, which focuses on increasing the attention to long-term and harder to adopt cats and dogs who need an extra paw up to find their forever home.
Why do we need do this? There are thousands of cats and dogs in Washington State who are homeless and waiting for their chance at a forever home. Through our Adoption Program, we help those animals already facing homelessness find a loving home as quickly as possible by giving them additional opportunities to be adopted.
Who are our partners? We partner with and assist animal adoption agencies of all sizes who are caring for homeless dogs and cats in Washington State.
How can you help? From sharing the pictures and stories of an animal featured on #WhyNotMePets and news of our events with your friends to volunteering during our adoption events, there are a number of ways you can help. Plus, since our programs are run on donations from compassionate people like you, they are always appreciated! Donations can easily be made online here.
